I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location, just outside the busy area of town, provided a peaceful and relaxing environment. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They were always willing to assist and even helped me deal with the Vietnamese Police when my handbag was stolen. The room itself was spacious and clean, with excellent amenities such as air conditioning and a well-stocked mini-bar. I also appreciated the comfortable sitting area and in-room safe for added convenience. The staff at the lobby bar were delightful, making me feel welcome with their friendly and chatty nature. the service at this hotel was wonderful, and I truly enjoyed my time here.

The room was just okay.

The hotel's location away from the touristy town center was perfect for me. The beach chairs were on the best part of the beach and the staff were super helpful. The room was big and clean and the aircon worked great. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, even providing a free massage as a gift.

For us, it was ideal.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Great beachfront loungers are available until 4pm everyday. Lovely ocean views from the rooms. Location is far from the main town, eliminating touristy crowds.

Hotel is undergoing redevelopment, which led to a limited selection of local restaurants. No nightlife around the hotel and the top floor bar is never open.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, away from the crowded tourist spots. It is situated on the best part of the beach and offers amazing views. the rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. the breakfast has a wide selection of Asian and American dishes and the staff is friendly and helpful, accommodating all our needs.

The swimming pool is small and often overcrowded, making it difficult to find a spot to relax.

The ocean view from the room was nice and it was great to be near the beach. the breakfast buffet had a lot of options and the staff were friendly. the mini-fridge in the room was handy for keeping snacks and drinks.

The beds were incredibly hard and uncomfortable. the location was far from the main attractions and restaurants in the city and taxis were quite expensive.
